Older kinds of souls possess an energetic signature that is more distinct and easier to observe. Younger souls are more subtle—hybrids of various primary types. On Earth, we encounter a whole spectrum of races incarnated in human form:
- Angels.
- Elves.
- Dragons and elemental beings.
- Dwarves, hobbits, goblins, gnomes, etc.
- Reptilians and lizard-like beings.
- Primeval humans.
- Strigas, demonic beings, orcs, trolls, gargoyles, etc.
- Cosmic races, humanoids, aliens.
- Robots, androids, cyborgs, sentient machines.
- Forest beings—spirits, nymphs, fairies.
- Mythical creatures (unicorns, nixies), spirits of primeval animals.
- Weather elementals, spirits of places and natural phenomena, planets.
Prior to incarnation, many souls did not manifest as angels, elves, or dwarves—beings already possessing a specific form, function, and set of tasks. It was only through incarnation into a physical body—often a repeated process—that an imprint was left, and the soul took on the form presented by her material vessel. Subsequent incarnations into various cosmic forms left further imprints, and the soul underwent an evolutionary process. Yet, the soul often chooses the form most significant to herself—one that gives expression to her inner sensibilities. J.R.R. Tolkien has but a single identification: that of a hobbit. His son, Christopher Tolkien, emanates different energies; his soul does not possess the unequivocal form of a hobbit, yet his incarnation into a hobbit’s body must have left a profound imprint upon him. Consequently, his emanation is multidimensional, shifting and evolving alongside his age and life experiences.
Exercise 1. Who are you?
- Stand in front of a mirror, look deeply into your eyes, and ask yourself: „What kind of soul am I?” Reflect inwardly and write down your first thoughts on a piece of paper. It’s important to write down all the sensations and thoughts that arise. Don’t judge them, don’t divide them into good and bad, true and false—just write them down. Then: „What energies do I have: light, dark, white, gray, mixed?”—write them down.
- Now close your eyes, mentally call out to your soul, and say: „I ask for my own soul to be revealed. Soul, show yourself to me in material form.” Be gentle with yourself, even if you don’t see or feel anything. Vibrating incarnation „overlays,” spiritual-religious initiations, head blockages, clogged chakras, or fear of discovering one’s own nature can block cognition. Many of us were frightened as children, which blocked our clairvoyance.
Exercise 2. Who do you see?
Write down your feelings about the kinds of souls of famous figures. Try to write down the type of energy you feel within them next to them. Look at a few photos of each individual. Our ancestors said: The eyes are the windows to the soul.

Develop your inner sensing: walk down the street, look at people, animals, plants, and try to sense energies—bad, good, heavy, light, dark. You pass someone and you feel physically unwell—analyze: what was their field (aura), was it negative?, what transferred to you, and how? Someone walked past you and made you smile—the same thing again.

In a conversation with a soul that guided her incarnation into a new life, I said:
Me: Now I’m showing you where you can live, what’s available.
Soul: So I can also experience other cosmic races and then make decisions about my spiritual form, my shape?
It’s a short conversation, but it’s clear that it represents a being that comes from this Universe. There’s even a high probability that they began their evolution on this planet, but the soul doesn’t yet represent any form or shape. She rather resembles a vibrating ball of energy.
The form (species) of the soul is not something final. Souls can change their shape; they stop identifying with their spiritual form, the tree of souls. This requires internal reconstruction, working through certain issues, but the change of form is intended to choose a form more appropriate for oneself and one’s level of consciousness. Because with a given race, a certain specific thinking and history flow.
