Energetic detoxification: releasing influences from your aura

by nikom@tutamail.com

Naturally, our lives consist of interactions with other people. However, every group—imbued with a shared energy through mutual effort and a similar mindset—generates something we call an „astral plane.” The stronger the astral plane, the more potent its force, and the more easily we succumb to its influence. Initially, we experience inspiration; yet over time, this is supplanted by a sense of being overwhelmed, by habit, and by routine—a feeling that the soul is suffocating within the group. This applies not only to spiritual, esoteric, and religious groups but also to the animal kingdom.

Thousands of astral planes vibrate around the Earth—ranging from global collectives to micro-groups. We can think of a marital, alcoholic (subdivided into beer, red wine, white wine, and vodka), as well as sexual, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, atheist, philosophical, or national astral planes. There exist astral planes of eternal hunts, of realms of bliss and trance; astral planes of suffering and sorrow; and also the astral planes of enlightened masters and ascended beings.

Examples:

  • The Practitioner: A person deeply immersed in the Christian faith devotes a portion of their energy during prayers and religious services, thereby strengthening the Christian astral plane.
  • The Drug Addict: Typically possesses a damaged etheric body. Their aura ceases to fulfill its protective function, rendering them susceptible to energetic attachments and attacks by entities from the etheric and astral densities.
  • The Alcoholic: Stimulated by an astral egregore that preys upon the solar plexus chakra, instigating arguments and siphoning off energy. This energy fuels the alcoholic astral plane, while the „reward” for the drunkard is a state of oblivion—a total loss of self in an alcoholic stupor—experienced during sleep.
  • Religious Gatherings and Oases: These drain vital energy from the sacral chakra, replacing it with sadness, lethargy, and stagnant energy—states that may be erroneously interpreted as spiritual enlightenment.
  • Sudden Sexual Urges: These may serve as a signal that we are falling under the influence of an entity that is stimulating our sacral chakra, seeking to siphon off energy—including energy drawn from the back of the chakra.

Within the subtle densities, an exchange of energy is constantly taking place: we give off pure, neutral, and creative (sexual) energies, and in return, we receive energies that are modified—grey, violet, or hyper-elevated. Mastering energetic hygiene—much like spiritual health and safety—serves as the foundation for a healthy and conscious life. Reclaiming one’s own energy from the astral realm begins with understanding: what motivated us to become dependent on a specific person, group, community, or addiction? What did we seek to achieve? What were we trying to escape? Answering these questions enables us to break free from astral influences, reclaim our inner strength, and become more whole and conscious beings.

A Visual Example

We open up our personal energies and aura—allowing ourselves to be thrown off balance—whenever we share a karmic bond with someone, or simply when we are involved in an ongoing relationship. The more positive the relationship, the wider the aura opens, and the biofields overlap, creating a sense of unity.

Reservoirs

An astral plane is not merely a field; it evolves into an egregore—an autonomous, albeit soulless, entity that reacts and upholds an established order. Many attacks may originate precisely from the astral level and an egregore, rather than from a specific being or soul! Every Christian possesses a specific channel through which energy is channeled away; Reiki practitioners—and indeed anyone drawing upon energy systems—have their own respective channels. Anyone connected to an astral plane (and to higher frequencies) possesses at least one such channel, while those connected to another specific soul—be it a saint or a guru—possess an additional one. The strongest connections are those situated within the upper chakras, where the greatest volume of energy is drained away. Sometimes, during the process of initiation, „antennas” are installed—ostensible aids intended to facilitate contact with the Higher Self—which, in reality, serve merely as conduits linking one to someone else’s astral planes.

The giving of energy is not without reciprocity—the attachment also ensures a supply of energy for ourselves. „Astral planes” and „networks” form a closed circuit. Energy is accumulated in reservoirs to which a million people are connected. Each of them contributes a different charge—energy that is either purer or more tainted, depending on their lifestyle, love life, and sexuality. Everyone participates in prayer, and astral transmitters installed within the temple send energy to the reservoir. From there, this blended energy returns to the sender, albeit in a lesser quantity. Those who sent energy of high vibration receive lower vibrations in return, while those with low vibrations receive higher ones. However, they receive back only a portion of this energy, as the remainder serves to power the astral realm, the networks, and the entities that, thanks to this supply, are able to avoid reincarnation.

Rejecting such attachments and attacks manifests as the closing of chakras, self-isolation, and the creation of a protective field. Nevertheless, one can proceed step by step to detach the attachments—investigating when one first felt a draining sensation or a headache, identifying what triggers it, and observing the specific situations in which it arises. One should avoid engaging in arguments with alcoholics and religious fanatics—who are often bolstered by the astral energies of their groups; furthermore, one must remain vigilant regarding the emotions that leave our aura vulnerable and open.

Whenever we experience a drop in vitality, dizziness, or a headache, let us ask ourselves: „What happened?” „Who has tapped into me?” „Why am I allowing this?” „Where is my energy draining away?” Any chakra blockage hinders the intake of energy from subtle densities, leading to stagnation and a sense of malaise. To maintain purity and protection, it is beneficial to strengthen oneself from the bottom up—to „ground” oneself, and to work on the rationality and material aspects associated with the base/root and sacral chakras. Strong lower chakras radiate energy upward, strengthening the solar plexus—an area particularly susceptible to attacks and manipulation. A solid base chakra stabilizes the solar plexus and hinders interference.

Exercise: Visualize a silver cord connecting you to the person or entity from whom you wish to break free. Is the cord thick or thin? Does it have thickenings in the form of knots? Examine these thickenings—what emotions are encoded within them? Release them. Then, gently—and with gratitude for the lessons learned—sever the cord with a pair of scissors. Observe the emotions associated with this act and allow them to flow through you.

Exercise: Stand with your feet wide apart, take a deep breath, and visualize energy entering your body through your feet, flowing upward toward the area between your anus and testicles (the boot chakra). If you encounter a blockage or resistance, identify its nature—is it warm, cold, sticky, or dark?—and determine its form (a dagger, a stone, a piece of metal, or a needle). Using your mind—or by assisting with your hands—visualize yourself removing the blockage or dissolving it.
