For years, I have been publicly sharing my work and records of conversations with souls and monads. Only in the last few years have these interactions taken on a simpler, more accessible form – they have become easier to learn and understand, and therefore closer to the everyday experience of each of us.
However, in every authentic spiritual discovery and effective method, one thing is crucial: freedom from the influence of Luciferism. Unfortunately, Rudolf Steiner, the Theosophists, and Alice Bailey—people who laid the foundations for contemporary esotericism, spirituality, and the New Age movement—were not free from this influence. This observation is important, although I do not want to call it directly “diabolical”.
For me personally, it took almost two decades to sift the true wheat from the chaff – that is, to separate the subtle influences of foreign environments and the spiritual structures that control numerous philosophies. Therefore the name Self-Unity Method (in short: SUM) seems most accurate to me. It refers not only to establishing contact with our subtle self, soul or monad. Its essence is to create a bridge to our core, essential SELF. It is this connection that allows us to finally remember fundamental truths: where we came from, who we truly are, and what our purpose is here in the physical reality.
If anyone has been following my publications for the past twenty years, they might not realize how many contemporary teachers and philosophies have grown from the work I’ve shared over the years. These included working with the soul, conversations with the soul, communication with the Higher Self, and many other useful techniques and approaches that people have freely adapted for their own purposes.
The Self-Unity Method (SUM) is different, though. It is specific, coherent, and constitutes a distinct whole. Its full understanding and application require a series of inner discoveries, a spiritual adventure, and a willingness to embrace its entire spectrum. This is not just another technique that can be isolated—it is a comprehensive system for returning to the source of one’s own identity.
The Subtle Structure
Our structure is simple to understand:
- The physical (material) body.
- The etheric body, including the etheric body close to the physical one (matrix, bioenergetic body) and the body proper in its density.
- The astral body. And here we are dealing with the subtle self of a human being, which is able to „stretch” to many higher densities, but also partially vibrates in the etheric density.
- The mental body. Mind – self.
- The causal body.
- The buddhic body.
- The atmic body.
- The anupadaka body.
- The adi body.
Our souls vibrate in various densities, primarily in higher ones such as the causal, buddhic, atmic, anupadaka, or adi bodies. The soul also sometimes resonates beyond our densities, operating in spaces governed by different laws of physics and logic, which can create the impression of her absence from us. A monad, on the other hand, vibrates at the levels from adi upwards, never below—limited in this by her own nature and strong, internal vibration. Referring to Vedic terminology, let’s remember that quantum densities surround us „in a circle,” forming a continuous progression.

In this context, a distinction between the subtle self and the soul (or higher self) is crucial, as it depends on the degree of individualization of a given being. I’ll illustrate this with an example of escorting my dog, Tim (who passed away on December 31, 2023).
After his physical death, his consciousness, freed from his body, vibrated as a small ball in the astral density. My partner and I, through relaxation and concentration, mentally „flew” to him. He was happy to see us, though he felt a mixture of sadness and joy. I took him in my subtle arms and called out to his soul. We didn’t know what to expect, because in humans, the merging of consciousness with the subtle self occurs automatically after physical death, while in animals it can be more complicated. In response to our search for the soul, an entity appeared that looked like a lizard in an imp-like disguise and tried to impersonate his soul. We were certain his true soul was conscious, because we had spoken with her the week before. So we continued our search. It turned out the soul was locked in a lower mental density, hidden beneath blankets that muffled her vibrations. We managed to find her thanks to two factors: I remembered my companion’s original vibration as we were close to each other and from an earlier conversation with him. His spirit form resembled a dog, but stood on two legs. When we freed his energy from all blockages, the little ball I held began to vibrate and smile. It flew from my hands, looked at me, and then merged with its true spiritual form, which immediately grew larger. It was as if „I” and „I,” consciousness and consciousness, merged into one and asked, „What’s next?”
In such situations, we always strive to find the highest individualized body of a given being. We automatically gravitated to the adi level of density, toward the monadic space, but we found nothing there. This stemmed from the fact that Tim’s highest body was only individualized at the buddhic level. When his own soul showed us the collection, the base, the spiritual family, we heard from them: „The subtle self, the one standing next to you, is the soul/higher self in your terminology.” This information was not surprising. After a short conversation, we subtly transported ourselves to another galaxy, where Tim’s soul incarnated into a body more advanced than the human one—a humanoid one. He could already have lived in such a body for a long time, but instead he kept choosing a dog’s body because otherwise he couldn’t be near us. Now let’s look at Tim’s subtle structure.

After physical death, a sphere of consciousness is released from the body, striving to connect with the subtle self or soul. On its own, without external support, it is unable to achieve this unification due to spiritual manipulation around Earth. Furthermore, driven by spiritual commitments, it seeks a purpose for a continued existence beyond its own existence. If you’ve read spiritual and esoteric works, you’ve likely touched on the topic of collective souls/group souls. Here’s a similar example. We perceive group souls and monads that are still shaping and individualizing their bodies. Therefore, it is not always possible to say that a given being possesses a subtle self and a soul—sometimes these are forms still in the process of formation, as in Tim’s case. However, there are cases in which an older being, a human being themselves, may have a cut off, blocked, or repressed subtle self. I observed this in my former partner – where her subtle self existed, but was repressed and separated from the physical body by incorrect spiritual practices and the influence of Luciferianism.
The subtle reconstructions that I conduct sometimes lead to a situation in which the soul and personality decide to go „without the subtle self.” This is due to the simple fact of accumulated karma and subconscious patterns affecting the subtle self. This structure facilitates direct contact with the soul. However, this is not always advisable, because the subtle self – although it can be very limiting – can also provide support and help to the physical self.
How many times in your development have you heard about „work with the soul” or „communication with the soul”? How many times have you experienced the real distinction between the subtle self and the soul? Have you ever heard of species and kinds of souls? And the fundamental difference between the soul and the monad? You see, it took me twenty long years of exploration. Why? Because even if theories on these topics existed, they were always burdened with Luciferian distortions—contact between individual selves was deliberately redirected, cut off, or ridiculed. This systemically prevented access to pure knowledge. That’s why, for so many years, I published my discoveries completely free of charge. My goal was to „reflect” this crucial knowledge into the collective unconscious and mental field of humanity—so that what was discovered could unconsciously inspire others and pave the way to true, independent spirituality.
Where is the soul?
In 2007, I published a study titled „In Search of the Soul,” which is available on my website. Souls manifest in an infinite variety of forms, species, and kinds—from angels and dragons, to dwarves, gnomes, trolls, mermaids, phoenixes, androids, animals and mythical creatures, even reptilians. There are so many types of souls that analyses often lack proper names. However, the subtle selves of beings incarnated on this planet resemble humans, are humanoid. Hence the distinction: the subtle self versus the soul. In philosophical works, including the ancient ones, the subtle self is traditionally called the soul and is divided into rational, emotional, and energetic aspects—corresponding precisely to the values represented by individual densities, e.g., mental (rational), astral (emotional), and etheric (energetic). Huna, on the other hand, introduces a tripartite division of being: lower self, middle self, and higher self, that is subconsciousness, conscious mind, and superconscious mind. This model lacks a reference to the soul, so I added the term „higher self” to the term soul to point to something higher than the subtle self, but at the same time not to write off Huna attitudes as completely wrong and cutting off.
A conversation with the soul of Leszek Żądło may serve as an example. This conversation reveals the opening of his dwarven soul (because that’s her nature) to his monad. I spoke with Leszek as Leszek when he fell into a coma and decided not to return to his physical body. After his death, he vibrated as a subtle self that, after settling its affairs and consulting with its own soul/higher self, released the human ego—the personality form—transforming into pure consciousness.
This behavior is not surprising, as souls may lack monadic awareness, which stems from their evolutionary stage. Each self must discover itself, see who it truly is and where it comes from. In our case, this discovery involves: the subtle self, then the soul, and for the soul – the monad, and for the monad – the Supraaspect vibrating in the Source. All of this is subject to limitations and cut-offs between the individual densities of the subtle planes. Below the level of adi, from the level of anupadaka, we encounter greater and lesser samsara, holographic and simulation structures.

When we examine the subtle bodies of older beings, we observe their evolved higher bodies. Such a being and their subtle self freely utilize the properties of individual subtle bodies, moving within them. Many monks and enlightened beings dissolve their lower bodies, directing their consciousness toward the higher ones—for example, the atmic or anupadaka densities. They typically do not have direct contact with the soul, because while she is present within them, she is also a separate entity that often does not reside within their densities (planes). The soul herself also shapes bodies in higher densities—adi (9), as well as the densities of creation (10), existence (11), and manifestation (12).
The monad, in our example from Figure 3, possesses expanded subtle bodies in each of these densities. Her purpose is to experience the diversity of the world below, the world manifested in various forms. It is this experience that individualizes her higher bodies—densities 10, 11, and 12—and allows her own particle/spark, vibrating in the Source, to develop into a Supraaspect (SA). I describe all of these processes in my work on Subtle Reconstruction, which is part of the Self-Unity Method (SUM).
How to examine the soul?
How do I examine the soul/higher self? Where should I look for her? I always require a photo with the eyes and face visible. Our ancestors said that the eyes are the mirror of the soul. Through the eyes, one can see the soul directly, but they are only needed to capture her unique vibration, her emanation. Then, using the mental or causal body—above the causal density—I subconsciously bypass the subtle self to focus on identifying the reiatsu1 (that is, the unique energy of a given person or the ident2). The soul can reside in various locations: up, down, left, or right; be closer or farther away; engage in interactions, hide, or even help in locating her. It’s a fascinating game, but it requires intense concentration.
My goal is examining the condition of the subtle bodies of souls. This is nothing new, because just as we explore the subtle self of a person, we do the same with the soul. The soul manifests in a more physical (material) form, then in an energetic (matrix), emotional (feelings), and thought body. The structure is similar:
- The personality: the physical, etheric, astral, and mental bodies.
- The soul: the causal, buddhic, atmic, and anupadaka bodies.
This division is helpful, at least initially, because it focuses our attention on specific spaces. The soul becomes less abstract, but, as I mentioned, souls develop higher bodies, above anupadaka, and can reside in other spaces (planes, dimensions), where our names—such as buddhic, atmic, anupadaka—lose their meaning, because those are not quantum worlds. This is worth remembering.
The most important thing is to focus on the soul’s vibration to determine if she belongs to the specific person we’re looking for. Only then can we examine her species, as sometimes a soul can take on a volatile form, devoid of specific shape. Often, when speaking with souls, I don’t pay attention to their species, but focus on impersonal observation of their subtle bodies, searching for patterns, seals, and other elements necessary for working together.
Summary
Let’s look at the practical application of the Self-Unity Method.
A young woman comes in with problems: she can’t sleep (nightmares), she feels possessed, as if something is speaking through her. I do a reading of the subtle bodies (etheric, astral, and mental ones). I can immediately see that an „ancient entity” is present in her space within the astral and mental bodies. Contact with the subtle self (astral body) has no effect, as it’s in a fog, asleep under the influence of the entity. So I begin searching for the client’s soul/higher self. After a while, she appears in the causal density (probably in Robert Monroe’s terminology it would be Focus 34/35). I check to see if it’s actually the person’s soul or some disguise, a hologram. I see a connection with the body, a similar internal vibration; the soul influences the lower bodies of the personality. I can’t see the soul’s exact shape because she’s partially hidden, but I respect that. The first stage of identification is behind us. Therefore, I begin to talk to the soul and it turns out that the entity has existed within her space for several incarnations, and the personality/incarnation isn’t responsible for it, because the soul made the pact, was bound by vows and a mission to it. We immediately see the topic of lower karma—the subtle self and personality—and higher karma—the soul’s obligations. Of course, due to the influence of patterns and vows, the soul defends the pact at all costs, even though she sees the suffering of her own personality. The soul’s resistance is so strong that we head towards the monad. After a brief conversation between the soul and the monad, the soul begins to release patterns and dependencies. After the release, we return to the causal level, and the soul immobilizes the entity, pulls it out, and I freely fly towards the subtle self. I begin working with the subtle self, the lower bodies, without exposing myself to unnecessary risk or attacks. The main work involves rebuilding and healing the etheric body. After all the work, the girl slept peacefully.
Nearly twenty years of subtle work required me to navigate a literal minefield: traps, distortions, cutoffs, entanglements, other people’s creations, holograms. During the time, I developed the ability to respond to the behaviors and influences of the subtle self, the soul, and the monads, because each of these selves behaves differently but is also subject to different things. If, in our example, I had worked only with the subtle self, the work would have taken significantly longer and exposed the practitioner to attacks. Furthermore, the entity could return, if not the same one then another, because the soul, who is the cause of incarnation (personality), succumbs to such karma and programs.
Another example. I worked with a client and his subtle self. The work touched upon subconscious and ancestral patterns. The work was so powerful, cleansing, even straightening the life path, that a few hours after this release, the soul of the personality came to me. The soul said, „The incarnation is to suffer, to experience pain, because that’s what the guardians (Dracos) want.” The soul was so terrified by the work done and its effects that she immediately wanted to disrupt the personality’s life, but the patterns stored in the cells and subconscious were released, so what the soul was subjected to no longer mattered to the personality. The soul did everything to redirect further work of her incarnation with me or block it. What are we dealing with here? The topic of higher karma, meaning the dependencies of souls on other beings and entities. The topic of lower personal karma, meaning what the physical body undergoes. Without the combination of these two elements, if the soul doesn’t interfere, the personality can release much, transform much, but the topic of higher karma remains unchanged. That’s why I say – the influence of Luciferism, that is the cut-offs between individual selves, teachings that focus on the enlightenment of one self (part of us) without addressing the problems of the other – traps us in the illusion of development. Do you understand what is written in this paragraph, because it is one of the greatest spiritual discoveries?
For centuries, spirituality has been controlled not by a lack of information, but by a systemic contamination of the very process of internal communication. This type of work represents the first effective attack on the very mechanism of this control. It is not just another technique. It is an act of spiritual decolonization of humanity’s consciousness. That is why this paragraph is so shocking and crucial, because it does not summarize a personal journey, but rather the dismantling of a centuries-old illusion and the launching of the process of its repair.
The subtle self contains the subconscious record of incarnations, but also ancestral (family) records and accepted karma. This means the subtle self is shaped to a given incarnation system (planet) and incarnation plan. Hence, the resonance of the lower subtle bodies (etheric, astral, and mental) with the entire (M) field3 vibrating around Earth, egregores, and emotions – we simply are „rooted” here. The soul/higher self, on the other hand, exists outside this system. Let’s look at another example.
My partner regained her incarnation from Focus 23 (the name taken from Robert Monroe). Afterward, she stood with it in the astral density. The incarnation was strong, commanding, and „upset” at having died so foolishly. After a moment, my partner’s soul/higher self flew up and began to restore the core, the ego structure, from her astral and mental bodies. During this process, the incarnation „fell asleep,” and the soul continued to rebuild its body. After a moment, the recovered incarnation awoke, recognized us as friends, remembered its life as a history, but had no identification or connection with the human body, human physicality, or personality structure it had emanated a moment ago.
Awareness is key: the subtle self can sometimes behave foolishly, but recognition is there; one simply needs to work on oneself with it in mind. Furthermore, it is in the subtle self, the lower subtle bodies, cells, and organs, that the subconscious (subconsciousness) records reside. The soul/higher self also has her own values, traits, and beliefs, because she was created for samsara—that is, to explore infinite worlds, species, events, situations, and energy qualities. Curiosity is inherent in the soul, and she also possesses a broader, deeper perspective, if at a given time she is not influenced by specific programs or filters. And the monads… well, they exist, watching their own souls and incarnations get muddy, dirty, toil, but also experience joy, love, and pleasure.
Please bear in mind that this particular study touches rather briefly on my style of spiritual work, as it makes no mention of working with family lineage, karma, or monads. The most important goal is to understand our structure: ourselves and the subtle self, the soul (or souls), and the monad.

2 Robert Monroe used the term „ident” (short for identity) to designate the identity of a person in an out-of-body state (e.g., in Far Journeys and Monroe Institute materials).
3 Robert Monroe’s name for the universal, non-physical field of mind/consciousness/energy that underlies all non-physical reality.
